Dalian Innovation Die Casting Co., Ltd is a subsidiary of Dalian Innovation Parts Manufacturing Co. and is established in Dec. 2004 with a registered capital of 14 million Yuan and a total investment of 30 million Yuan. It is located in Harbor Industrial Area of Dalian Development Area, The area of our company is 15000 square meter ,the area of workshop is 7000 square meter . We specialize in manufacturing aluminum die casting rough part with an annual output of 4000 tons. We also have a capacity of 200 thousand m2 of aluminum and steel surface electrophoresis.
      We have diversified aluminum alloyed die casting technique and other die casting techniques and equipments such as HV die casting, LV die casting and gravity die casting etc. We gradually have the strong capability to manufacture aluminum alloyed metal products with complicated structures and diversified technique requirements as well as die castings with high technology. Our main products are motor case die castings and our main customers are Cummins, Komatsu and DDE etc.
      We have state-of-the-art automatic electrophoresis production line and have the capability of aluminum die casting surface electrophoresis treatment. Our main customers are Mercury and Schnellecke (KWD Group).
      We passed TS16949 Quality System Certification by TUV in December, and the Safety management Standardization Certification in July, 2012.
